Able Seaton Port
ABLE Seaton Port is located in the centre of the UK on the North East Coast close to the mouth of the River Tees and covers 51 hectares (126 acres) including a 10 hectare (25 acre) dry dock (currently wet) – one of the world’s largest.

Able Humber Port
Able Humber Port (AHP) is situated on the South bank of the Humber Estuary, East Coast of the UK. The Humber has been described as the Energy Estuary and in recent years it has been the UK’s fastest growing port and logistics centre.

Able Middlesbrough Port
AMP was developed in the 1970’s and acquired in 2000. It is located on the River Tees in the centre of Middlesbrough with good sea access and deep water quays.

Able Energy Park
The fully-consented Able Energy Park is now open for business and ready to receive its first occupiers. By any measure it is a strategically significant site. Located on the South Humber Bank it will provide supporting hinterland to the UK’s largest port complex – the 4th largest in northern Europe.

Able Billingham Reach
Billingham Reach (BRIE) is a thriving industrial estate with 330m of quay created on the site of the former North Tees Coal Power Station and is zoned for B2 and B8 uses. It was acquired in 1985 and offers flexible plots of industrial land on temporary and long term leases.

Able Clarence Port
This 19 hectares (47 acres) site is in the heart of the industrial centre of Teesside and offers around 210m of river frontage. On the North bank of the River Tees it sits on the opposite side of the river to ABLE Middlesbrough Port.

Able Immingham Energy Park
The AIEP site is located to the east of Immingham, on the south west side of the River Humber opposite Immingham Port. The site comprises an area of partially undeveloped land, extending to approximately 30.20 hectares (74.70 acres) and is zoned for industrial use within the local authority adopted plan.

Able Thorpe Marsh
This iconic site at Barnby Dun, Doncaster, South Yorkshire offers 17 hectares (42.4 acres) and lends itself to a variety of potential uses, particularly power generation, as the site has immediate access to the National Grid via an adjacent sub-station.
